| In the third issue, the theory of filmmusic technology and important aspects of its study are presented. Talkies are considered here until interactive movies-games, which are gaining now the popularity in the web, and the sought-after genre of music video (videoclip), which is directly related to all music television. Unique phenomenon "noisology" is designed to adapt the conventional science in matters of media noise (Noisology Manifest). And a computer music and its multimedia incarnation is examined from the standpoint of Russian teachers' education that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was interested in.
