The competition is held among professionals and hobbyists building author's music video. Under author's music video meant the videoclips on songs or instrumental pieces, musical short movies (including animated), music videos (social, advertising, education and training, entertainment, corporate, etc.), as well as music video screensavers. The competition is held in two rounds. The first one is open for online voting viewers on the contest's video channel. The passed into the second round works evaluated by a special Internet jury in several nominations.
